PREMIUM CATERING SUPERVISOR

Position Title: Premium Catering Supervisor (Part-Time Seasonal) at Shoretown Ballpark Pay Range: $18.50 to $22.50 Summary Manages the operations of catering areas and ensures the production of top‑quality products and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the operation of multiple catering functions while aiding team members and maintaining a safe environment. Respond to guests’ questions and needs. Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing. Work closely with catering and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and quantity met. Perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimize waste. Ensure staff meets quality assurance standards and that operations stay clean and organized. Confirm signage is accurate and appropriate. Uphold policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Possess a valid alcohol server permit.
