If you're driven by purpose and ready to help clients reach their full potential, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Collect accurate and consistent data on client behavior and progress during each sessionDeliver discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), and other ABA-based strategiesSupport clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skillsMaintain professional and positive relationships with clients, families, and team membersParticipate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional developmentDocument session notes and progress reports in a timely and accurate mannerRequirements:Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferredPrior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilitiesStrong data collection, organization, and communication skillsAbility to maintain professionalism and composure in a dynamic, client-centered environmentMust pass a background check and meet any state or company compliance requirementsReliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and eveningsAbout Us:Walden Behavior Solutions LLC is a dedicated provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services serving the Louisville, KY community.
