We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge. This is a customer‑facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets. Your Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service. Come and join our team in our NEW Concession store in Stafford opening in November 2026! We have 5 permanent contracts available: 2 x 16hrs, 1 x 14hrs and 2 x 12hrs per week. The shifts will be primarily as below, however we would expect some flexibility to cover other shifts and weekend work depending on business needs. Have worked in a customer‑facing sales role. This role requires strong direct to consumer sales skills. Enjoy learning about products and sharing that knowledge. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must have retail experience. You are comfortable working to clear performance expectations and sales targets.
