This role requires experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum components, reading blueprints, and supporting production operations in a climate-controlled indoor manufacturing facility.Candidates must be open to working either day shift or night shift based on production needs.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform precision TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum componentsWeld sheet metal, piping, frames, and fabricated assemblies to engineering specificationsAssemble HVAC and chiller components including frames, piping, panels, and structural assembliesRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, shop orders, and work instructionsPerform first-article inspections and identify dimensional or quality defectsUse welding equipment, hand tools, power tools, saws, grinders, and fabrication equipment safely and effectivelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWork collaboratively across departments and shifts to support production goalsSupport continuous improvement and problem-solving initiativesUtilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools for production tracking and inventory supportTrain across multiple production areas and assist where neededPerform all work in a 100% indoor manufacturing environmentQualifications2+ years of TIG welding experience in manufacturing, HVAC, fabrication, piping, or related industriesExperience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum components requiredAbility to produce high-quality, precision TIG welds that meet engineering specificationsExperience using TIG welding equipment, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipmentAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsBasic computer skills requiredStrong attention to detail, safety, and workmanshipMust be flexible and open to working either day or night shiftsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 45 lbsAbility to stand for extended periods throughout the shiftAbility to work in a fast-paced indoor manufacturing environmentMust be able to distinguish the full spectrum of colors (not colorblind)Safety shoes required; additional PPE provided by XNRGYJoin XNRGY Climate Systems and help build the advanced cooling infrastructure powering the future of AI and mission-critical technology.
