About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents. Your expertise will be invaluable in leading and mentoring our nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence, and ensuring seamless communication among departments.
RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Mentorship : Lead and mentor a team of nurses, encouraging professional growth and development while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
• Quality Care : Ensure that high-quality, evidence-based care is delivered to residents, adhering to regulations and standards.
• Communication : Foster open and effective communication among team members, department heads, and other stakeholders.
• Operations Management : Oversee daily operations of the unit, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting.
• Clinical Expertise : Utilize your nursing expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
