Regional Director of Operations (RDO)

CCH Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our leadership team as a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) overseeing a portfolio of Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Long-Term Care communities throughout the Greater Cincinnati region.

This executive healthcare leadership opportunity is ideal for a successful Nursing Home Administrator with experience driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, clinical quality, census growth, employee retention, and financial performance across multiple facilities. The Regional Director of Operations will partner with facility leadership teams to ensure outstanding resident care while achieving key business objectives.

Essential ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operations Management

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Care facilities throughout the Cincinnati market.

• Coach, mentor, and develop Licensed Nursing Home Administrators and facility leadership teams.

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, customer service, and clinical excellence.

• Establish performance goals and operational benchmarks for each facility and monitor progress toward achieving results.

• Ensure execution of company initiatives, operational standards, and best practices across all assigned facilities.

Clinical & Regulatory Excellence

• Support facility leadership in achieving strong clinical outcomes and quality measures.

• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance throughout all assigned facilities.

• Serve as a key liaison with state survey agencies, licensure boards, and regulatory officials.

• Assist facilities in addressing survey findings, certification issues, and compliance initiatives.

• Ensure effective risk management and quality assurance programs are implemented and maintained.

Financial Performance & Business Growth

• Oversee operating budgets, financial performance, labor management, and revenue enhancement initiatives.

• Analyze census trends, financial reports, occupancy levels, EBITDA performance, and key operational metrics.

• Develop and implement strategies that drive growth, profitability, and market share.

• Partner with admissions and marketing teams to increase census and strengthen referral relationships.

• Identify opportunities for expansion and business development within the local healthcare market.

Talent Development & Workforce Stability

• Support recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

• Ensure facilities maintain effective staffing plans and employee engagement programs.

• Develop high-performing teams capable of delivering exceptional resident care and operational results.

• Foster an environment that encourages professional growth, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

• Active Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) License

• Must reside in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator or Nursing Home Administrator

• Demonstrated success in long-term care operations , regulatory compliance, clinical oversight, and financial management

• Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing Skilled Nursing Facilities and Post-Acute Care operations

• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and team-building skills

• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, or a related field

• Previous experience in Regional Director of Operations , Regional Vice President , Multi-Facility Administrator , or other Healthcare Operations Leadership role

• Experience overseeing multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities, rehabilitation centers, or post-acute care communities

• Proven track record of improving census, survey outcomes, financial performance, and employee retention
