Our Field Service Mechanics remove, assemble, & install hydraulic hoses on construction equipment, manufacturing equipment, recycling equipment and basically anything fluid power. Our Field Service Mechanics operate out of a PIRTEK Service & Supply Center in a purpose built mobile hose workshop/van. Job Duties: Assess customer needs on hydraulic equipment Remove, repair, and/or replace hydraulic hoses Visit with active customers to assess needs Initiate contact with potential customers to explain our available services Work independently Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years experience in trade involving mechanical repair Valid Driver’s License Clean Driving Record – no DUI’s in the last 5 years Compensation Package: Wage: $24 per hour - Starting wage based on experience Overtime – variable, based on number of service requests Bonus – variable, based on jobs completed monthly PAID On-The-Job Training Company Vehicle – Field Service Mechanics drive their service van to/from work daily Insurance: Medical, Vision, Life This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
