Maintenance Technician — On-Call, Turnovers & Pool Care
Coastal Ridge Real Estate
Coastal Ridge Real Estate in Round Rock, Texas, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to create a well-maintained and welcoming community for residents. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for timely completion of service requests and proactive maintenance of the property. Applicants should have a high school diploma, general maintenance experience, preferably including HVAC and plumbing. EPA Certification is preferred, and strong problem-solving skills are required.
