Hospital Medicine Physician (Nocturnist)

We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows. Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center. Qualifications Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care. Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine. New grads, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply. Flexible Scheduling Nocturnist hours are 5 pm - 5 am and 7 pm - 7 am. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. This is a full or part-time nocturnist position. Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Focus on cross-covering and admissions, alongside several other nocturnists and a night Advanced Practice Provider. Procedures are not required. Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests. Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs). Utilize Epic EMR system. Rewards And Compensation Annual compensation up to $385,000 - $420,000, based on the number of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
