ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in 2012 and am proud to serve the Baton Rouge community alongside an incredible team. As a third-generation insurance professional, I began my career working in an insurance agency before earning the opportunity to open my own. Outside of work, I'm the proud mom of two boys who keep me busy with sports, school, and family activities. I believe in balancing hard work with family, community involvement, and giving back.

Serving our community is one of my greatest passions. Our agency proudly supports JDRF, a cause that is especially meaningful to my family. Each Thanksgiving, we host a food drive benefiting the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, and when hurricanes or other natural disasters impact our area, we organize our Hurricane Heroes initiative to collect and deliver essential supplies to families in need.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Laurin Maier - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
