We are looking for full time skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team at our bustling coffee shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Ensure all orders are made accurately and efficiently
- Operate and maintain coffee making equipment
- Keep the coffee shop clean and organized at all times
- Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash register
- Upsell and promote specific menu items and specials to customers
- Communicate effectively with team members and work collaboratively to ensure smooth operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee-making equipment and techniques
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
