Job Type: Full-Time (Non-Exempt)
Pay Range: $28.00 – $32.00 / hour (DOE)

We’re a 23-year-old independent luxury beauty brand opening our newest retail store in Eagle Rock. Our in-store experience focuses on expert color matching, personalized beauty guidance, and warm, elegant customer care. We’re looking for a Store Manager who loves makeup artistry, thrives in a boutique environment, and enjoys building a high-performing team.
The Role
This position blends store leadership with hands-on artistry. You’ll oversee daily operations, guide customers through personalized consultations, and help create a welcoming, high-standard retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Leadership
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, POS, opening/closing routines, and merchandising
• Maintain brand standards and create an inviting, elegant retail atmosphere
• Drive store performance through exceptional customer experience
Makeup Artistry & Customer Care
• Lead in-store beauty consultations, shade matching, and personalized product recommendations
• Share brand story and product knowledge to build customer loyalty
• Provide warm, expert guidance rooted in Bésame’s timeless, classic aesthetic
Team Management
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule retail staff
• Coach team members to deliver high-touch service
• Foster a supportive, collaborative environment
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 / hour

Qualifications
• 2+ years retail management experience
• Professional or retail makeup artistry experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team with warmth and professionalism
• Availability for standard retail hours + weekends
• Based in or near Eagle Rock / Los Angeles
