Accounts Receivable Coordinator (FT/PT)

We are hiring one full-time (40 hrs/week) to part-time (20 hrs/week) . This role is based out of our Sierra Vista, AZ office and require candidates to be within commuting distance.

Wick Communications is a regional multimedia company publishing trusted local news across the American West and Southwest. Our finance team plays a vital role in sustaining the journalism that matters to our communities. As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will help keep our financial operations running smoothly by managing billing, payments, and customer relationships with accuracy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

• Process and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time
• Apply customer payments and reconcile daily deposits
• Manage and monitor the accounts receivable aging report
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer billing inquiries
• Conduct friendly, solution-focused AR collections outreach
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or outstanding balance issues as needed
• Support broader finance team initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related finance/accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Proficiency with accounting or billing software; familiarity with spreadsheet tools
• Clear, professional communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
