As an AI Solutions Product Manager, you will be part of the Business Execution team supporting strategic automation initiatives. Job Title: AI Solutions Product Manager Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site) What's the Job? Act as a liaison between business lines and technology partners to facilitate complex automation solutions. Support the alignment of Intelligent Automation (IA) needs with business and technology strategies. Develop automation analysis and design methodologies, ensuring rapid implementation aligned with enterprise standards. Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand business processes and translate them into clear user stories for automation deployment. Support automation testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, and conduct product demos to stakeholders. What's Needed? Strong understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms. Proficiency in leading and collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement AI workflows using platforms like LangChain, LangGraph, Google Agent Space, MS CoPilot Studio, etc. Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments with compliance requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies and enterprise software development. What's in it for me?
