Sales Operations Administrator The Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for executing the below defined personal duties and responsibilities, and for assisting in the day-to-day tasks and activities of the Sales Operations Department, while maintaining a strong focus on the internal/external customer experience. This role will focus on the administrative tasks and assignments to facilitate our customers, sales reps, and sales leadership team's back-office needs, allowing for positive customer experience and company growth. Responsibilities: Preparation, issuance, and maintenance of wholesale builder/contractor programs and rebates in conjunction with various sales team personnel. Monthly report preparation and distribution of commission statements and support documentation Monthly sales report preparation and distribution to our Manufacturers Representatives and Internal customers Primary contact for customer transfers with the IT department Split commission reconciliation Monthly auditing of customer claim backs Maintenance of claim back database Prepares credits for final authorization and issuance Work in conjunction with the customer service department and IT to assist with EDI orders placed by customers such as pricing, model, and set up issues. E-Commerce customer set-ups and IMAP point person. IMAP/Price Scraping direct contact with Wiser. Weekly distribution of retail pricing report. Other duties and responsibilities, yet to be defined by the Senior Manager Business Operations, may be added/deleted at a future time. Job Requirements: 3-5 years of general business experience using Excel on a daily basis (testing for Excel competency may be required) Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred Experience in sales support or customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Above average proficiency in Excel (certifications or advanced education strongly preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Basic Oracle understanding is preferred but not required About the Company: Throughout a history dating back to 1881, Bradford White Corporation has been manufacturing some of the most high-performing, technologically advanced, and energy-saving products to the world market.
