Job Overview:  

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Energy Specialist to join our team. This position combines both field marketing and digital marketing efforts to promote our energy products and services in the local community. As a Field Energy Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers directly in the field while also assisting in online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Conduct field marketing activities, such as attending local events and meeting with potential customers to promote energy products and services. 

• Utilize digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and website content, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. 

• Generate leads through both in-person outreach and online advertising strategies. 

• Educate customers about energy solutions, benefits, and how they can reduce costs through sustainable energy options. 

• Maintain a strong presence in local communities to build relationships and drive interest in energy products. 

• Track and report on the success of field and digital marketing campaigns, making suggestions for improvements. 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives. 

• Assist with digital content creation for social media and marketing materials. 

Qualifications:  

• High school graduate or equivalent. 

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with potential customers. 

• Interest in marketing and/or the energy industry. 

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

• Comfortable working outdoors and attending events in various weather conditions. 

• Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content creation. 

• Ability to adapt to new technology and tools. 

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation. 

Preferred Skills (Not Required):  

• Experience with social media marketing or digital marketing tools. 

• Knowledge of energy-saving products or services.
