Develop personalized insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements. Effectively close sales and onboard new policyholders. Requirements Must possess a valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License. Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the insurance sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal. A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets.
