Full Stack Java Developer-Junior

Remote Java Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and development of next-generation electronic trading systems within a high-performing Trade Management Engineering group. You will architect distributed, event-driven platforms optimized for low latency and high throughput, collaborate across internal and external teams, mentor engineers, and drive platform performance, scalability, and resilience. You will support production and non-production environments and participate in an on-call rotation. Support production and non-production environments, including participation in a weekly on-call rotation. 10+ years of hands-on software design and development experience. ~ Expertise in Java, Python, and Linux. ~ Proficiency in KDB+ or other time-series databases. ~ Background in building scalable, distributed, asynchronous, and event-driven applications. ~ Advanced knowledge of low latency design patterns and performance optimization techniques. ~ Experience with AI developer assist tools such as GitHub Copilot. ~ Hands-on experience deploying applications to AWS or other cloud platforms. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
