We are seeking an experienced System Administrator for a long-term enterprise project in Raleigh, NC. This role is focused on ensuring the stability, security, and performance of critical infrastructure systems. Location: Raleigh, NC 27601 ( Local Candidates Only ) Work Arrangement: Hybrid Role Type: Long-Term Contract Interview: Webcam or In-Person Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Manage daily operations, server backups, recovery, and security administration. Performance Tuning: Monitor system logs, optimize capacity planning, and troubleshoot issues proactively. Access Control: Administer user accounts, permissions, and security compliance. Modernization: Support the migration and integration of new technologies into existing enterprise environments. Required Skills & Qualifications Public Sector Experience: Must have hands-on experience working within Government/Public Sector environments. System Administration: Proven experience managing enterprise server environments, backups, and recovery. Troubleshooting: Strong background in log analysis, performance tuning, and system optimization. Identity Management: Experience handling user accounts and access controls. Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with large-scale enterprise infrastructure modernization.
