Finance and Insurance Professional for AI Research

Finance and Insurance Professionals apply their domain expertise to evaluate and refine AI behavior for real-world financial and insurance tasks. You will create and assess industry-specific prompts, review large language model responses for accuracy and relevance, and help shape how AI systems interpret professional language in finance and insurance contexts.

• Develop and test industry-specific prompts and tasks that reflect real-world financial and insurance workflows.
• Evaluate and score LLM responses for correctness, completeness, and suitability for professional use.
• Provide detailed feedback and examples that improve model understanding of finance and insurance terminology and decision logic.
• Participate in asynchronous review cycles and occasional clarifying discussions as needed to refine evaluation guidelines.

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following or similar roles: Financial Services Sales Agent, Credit Analyst, Credit Counselor, Securities Sales Agent, Investment Sales Representative, Broker, Registered Representative.
• Demonstrated ability to work primarily in asynchronous, independent workflows in collaboration with AI research teams.
• Strong written communication skills to document evaluations and provide actionable feedback.

• Location: Remote, asynchronous work from any location.
• Employment type: Part time.
• Flexible schedule, with no minimum hourly commitment required.

The program runs year-round, with new project opportunities opening periodically across different specialties. Placement into a specific project depends on project availability and the match between your skills and project needs.

• Pay rate: Up to $110/hr (depending on the project).

• F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate. Work with your Designated School Official to confirm whether participation meets your school requirements. If your school requires a CPT course enrollment, this program may not satisfy that requirement.
• STEM OPT is not supported.
