We are hiring for an Executive Recruiter to join our Nurse Management & Hospital Leadership practice in Meridian, Idaho. What You'll Do Lead Executive Search Projects: Manage searches from initial candidate identification through offer acceptance, partnering closely with clients and candidates throughout the process. Build Talent Pipelines: Research, source, and engage high-caliber healthcare leaders through networking, referrals, market mapping, and strategic outreach. Conduct Candidate Interviews: Assess experience, leadership style, motivations, and cultural alignment to identify candidates who will thrive in our clients' organizations. Drive Search Execution: Execute targeted recruiting campaigns, maintain candidate engagement, and follow established search processes to ensure successful outcomes. Relationship Management: Develop trusted relationships with healthcare executives, nursing leaders, and client organizations nationwide. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with leadership and colleagues in a highly collaborative environment where ideas are shared and success is celebrated. Stay Organized: Maintain accurate CRM records, candidate activity, and search documentation throughout each engagement.
