Orchard Mortgage is an innovative environment, with a focus on constant improvement, transparency, and teamwork.We will provide you with leads from top producing agents in our markets. Your job will be to build excellent relationships with both Orchard Agents and Orchard customers, to win their future loan business through the services and offerings we provide (such as free refinances for life). You are not expected to bring your own leads but are welcome to bring your own leads and relationships as well and offer the same unique products and services we provide.This is a full time role that will report into the Mortgage Sales Manager. This is a remote position that will be expected to be based in the Denver Metro area and available to attend agent networking events such as Orchard happy hours and agent training once a month.What You\'ll Do HereConsult with clients about current needs and financing solutions to help them achieve their financial goals including Orchard Mortgage's unique offerings such as our Equity Advance loanBuild great relationships with Orchard's real estate agents and collaborate with them to create a great home buying experience for our customersBe "go to person" for all home financing related needs that our customers or agents have including being the expert on our Equity Advance loan and Move First offeringClose a high percentage of captive leads and manage pipeline of at least 10-15 loans per month, primarily purchases with some refinancesWork collaboratively with other teams across the Orchard ecosystem in Real Estate and Title Operations to provide the best customer outcomesSupport weekend coverage once per month to ensure customers have the support they need even on weekendsWe\'d Love to Hear From You if You HaveAt least 3+ years experience with lending experience and an active NMLS license or registered in ColoradoStrong consultative sales skills to get our customers the best financial outcome and help them understand the programs available to themA passion for customer service and relationship building with keeping both our customers and agents in the loop on what is going on, even if that is after hours or on a weekend.Deep knowledge of guidelines pertaining to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA with the ability to provide high quality pre-approvals/pre-qualifications (bonus if you also are familiar with common non-QM programs and reno/construction loans)Technology savvy with the ability to learn and work with new systems especially as the mortgage world progresses.
