Who You Are You’re an experienced recruiter who knows how to find great people, build trust with hiring leaders, and get things done. You’re comfortable recruiting across a range of functions and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment where priorities can change quickly. You take ownership, collaborate naturally, and bring a bias to action to everything you do. You don’t wait for someone else to solve the problem—you figure it out and move it forward. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build effective recruiting strategies. Source, engage, assess, and close high-quality candidates, including hard-to-find passive talent. Build strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs. Keep searches moving with urgency, accountability, and strong communication. Provide hiring managers with market insight, candidate feedback, and guidance throughout the process. Help continuously improve our recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer brand. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a technical, manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, drones, or similarly complex environment. Proven success recruiting across both technical and non-technical functions. Strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing skills. The ability to build credibility and strong partnerships with hiring managers at all levels. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through. A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A track record of accountability, collaboration, teamwork, and bias to action. Genuine curiosity about people, technology, and the business you’re supporting.
