Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our client, a real estate firm, is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team in Queens, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional with deep NYC residential real estate experience and a strong background in property management accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-charge bookkeeping functions for a real estate portfolio
- Handle bank reconciliations, both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close activities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for NY and California
- Assist with bookkeeping for residential and commercial real estate properties
- Support property management accounting operations and related reporting
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day accounting functions
Qualifications
- Real estate bookkeeping experience required
- Strong working knowledge of bank reconciliations
- Familiarity with Yardi or MRI
