Restaurant Team Member—Panera Bread. As a member of the team, you will serve as the heart of hospitality, creating warm, joyful interactions with every guest. You will support the bakery‑cafe’s growth and help satisfy local communities across the country. Responsibilities Act as an ambassador for Panera Warmth in every guest interaction. Execute duties in your specific area (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.). Greet each guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
