Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:

$600,000
~$800k-$900k+ earning potential

(uncapped productivity incentives)
Sign-On Bonus:

$10,000 – $50,000
Loan Repayment:

Up to $100,000
Partnership Track:

Eligible after just 1 year

Facility Location
South Bend is the unofficial home of Notre Dame University, which is located just north of its city limits.
