Health System Inside Sales Representative Elsevier’s Clinical Solutions team is seeking a motivated, action‑oriented, self‑starter to create new sales opportunities. The role focuses on prospecting within an assigned territory of designated healthcare systems, selling market‑leading Nurse Reference, Clinical Skills, and Continuing Education Learning solutions. Responsibilities Identify key contacts and decision makers within a customer organization and develop exceptional relationships with those contacts. Create and implement account plans within prospective accounts. Drive new business opportunities to exceed quota and annual sales targets. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Implementation. Provide accurate reporting and forecasting of sales, keep current records, and build account profiles by updating account and contact information and managing account data in CRM. Promote, drive, and deliver on promotional product strategies. Perform effective product demonstrations remotely via Zoom or other technology‑based applications. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of success in B2B sales, technology solution selling experience in healthcare or a similar environment. Proven track record of success in prospecting, closing new business, and consistently achieving quota. Experience with consultative selling to identify and solve customer problems. Knowledge of regulatory environment in healthcare. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with exceptional communication (verbal/written) and presentation skills, fluent in English. Ability to accurately forecast new business opportunities. Can travel as necessary, estimated 40% overnight. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,600‑$99,300. Total Target Cash Range: $91,600‑$152,800.
