Pay rate: $19.00 per hour Office location: 1000 Yard St., Grandview Heights, OH 43212 Hours: Monday‑Thursday 9 am‑6 pm and Friday 8:30 am‑4:15 pm Training hours: Mon‑Fri 8 am‑5 pm or 9 am‑6 pm Start date: July 6, 2026 Free parking, onsite cafeteria Weekly pay, health benefits, career growth opportunities after 12 months Duties and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative in our Advisory Annuity phone team, you will help individuals and businesses prepare for and protect their retirement. You will take inbound calls from advisors and clients regarding annuity contracts and new business, and process non‑financial requests such as updating owner or beneficiary information. This solution center is responsible for delivering a quality experience with each interaction while maintaining and exceeding service level agreements. 75 % of your day will be spent taking inbound calls (average 20 calls per day) and 25 % will involve processing requests. Pay and Benefits Hourly pay: $18.99 – $19.00 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 9 AM‑6 PM.
