Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

Base Pay $23.00 / Hour Employee Type Full-Time Non-Exempt Facilities Maintenance Mechanic Job Description The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic is a direct report to the Facilities Maintenance Manager. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping all company property and equipment in working clean order. Learn a plethora of hands on skills all while maintaining the facility and gaining knowledge on general maintenance tasks! Come in, learn the facility, and the ins and outs of cannabis care from start to finish! Responsibilities Troubleshoot problems and find a solution. Work with contractors to maintain building equipment/function. Become familiar with hands on building tasks involving electrical, plumbing, and other skills Notify supervisor of tools/ material needed to perform work Keep the appearance/ function of all of our buildings in top working condition Keep climate control equipment in top working order Maintain CCC and OSHA compliance at all times.
