Job Title: Pipe Fitter/Certified Pipe Welder
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: Day Shift
Pay: $23 to $25/hour (based on experience)

J ob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipe Fitter/Certified Pipe Welder to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This position requires expertise in GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW processes, with 3-5 years of experience in a high-performance production environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to pass rigorous weld tests and maintain exceptional quality standards in a 100% X-ray shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality pipe fitting and welding with proficiency in GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW processes.
• Pass the following weld tests:
  • 6G, 2"-S/160, GTAW
  • 1G, 6"-S/80, GMAW/FCAW (Combo: MIG Root/Flux Fill and Cap)
• Maintain a reject rate of less than 4% in 100% X-ray inspection work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Work efficiently to meet production requirements while upholding strict quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in pipe fitting and welding in a high-performance production environment.
• Certification in GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW welding processes.
• Ability to pass the required weld tests.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and attention to quality control.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
