What You ll Do

• Provide specialized urology care focusing on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
• Perform diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management
• Manage pre- and post-operative patient care
• Educate patients on treatment options and follow-up routines
• On-call rotation: 7-10 days/month, beeper call with onsite weekday presence, responding to hospital needs 3-5 times/week

What You Need

• Medical license to practice in California (active or in progress)
• Urology board certification or eligibility (within 3 years scope acceptable)
• Experience or interest in female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and clinical skills
