Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess students' mental health needs, strengths, and risk factors, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews. \n
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address individual and group therapy needs. \n
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, school staff, and mental health professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that align with educational goals. \n
- Educate students and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, along with psychoeducational workshops to enhance students' coping skills and resilience. \n
- Advocate for students within the educational system, ensuring they receive appropriate accommodations and support services. \n
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, employing a data-driven approach to enhance therapeutic outcomes. \n
- Lead therapeutic groups and discharge planning meetings, ensuring continuity of care as students transition out of therapy or into different service levels. \n
The primary focus for this role will be students ranging from elementary to high school age, many of whom are navigating various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. The LCSW will play a pivotal role in supporting these individuals through crises and providing them strategies to manage their mental health effectively, thus fostering a safe and productive educational environment.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Current, active LCSW licensure in the state of New Jersey. \n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, a sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
