Responsibilities

• Supervisión del Proceso: Realizar verificaciones de rutina en la línea para garantizar que los productos cumplan con las especificaciones exactas de peso, temperatura, nivel de llenado, pH y apariencia visual.
• Inspección de Materiales: Verificar que los ingredientes entrantes, los materiales de empaque y los productos terminados cumplan con los parámetros de calidad internos antes de su liberación.
• Verificación de Sanitización: Colaborar con el equipo de Sanitización en las inspecciones pre-operativas, pruebas de ATP en superficies y control de alérgenos para asegurar la correcta desinfección del equipo.
• Documentación: Mantener registros diarios de control de calidad, reportes de producción y documentación de inocuidad alimentaria al día para auditorías internas y regulatorias.
