Job Description

The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle liability/automobile accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs in Arizona. Responsibilities include day-to-day handling of litigation cases, drafting and filing of litigation documents, guiding plaintiff clients through the case process, interaction with expert witnesses, and attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a law degree (J.D.) from a fully accredited law school, be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in AZ, and ideally 3+ years of Personal Injury/auto liability/MVA experience. You should also possess excellent client service and communication skills, be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals, and have superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
