Founding Underwriter — Build Scalable Underwriting & Equity
Hedge (YC P26)
Hedge is hiring a founding underwriter in San Francisco to scale risk judgment into repeatable systems and processes. You will evaluate commercial risks, structure submissions, and collaborate with agencies to close information gaps. The role offers meaningful equity and the opportunity to define how underwriting works as Hedge scales. You will own underwriting decisions for defined segments, refine placement quality, and help build a scalable underwriting function with strong economics within #J-18808-Ljbffr Hedge (YC P26)
