Workday Integration Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant with strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with integration tools and a solid understanding of HR and/or Finance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems
Work with REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services for real-time data exchange
Create and maintain integration documentation (design documents, mappings, test cases)
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform data transformations using XML, XSLT, and JSON
Support security configuration related to integrations
Participate in UAT, deployments, and post-production support

Requirements:

Strong experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)
Knowledge of Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs, WSDL)
Experience in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologies
Hands-on experience in integration troubleshooting and error handling
Understanding of Workday business processes (HCM and/or Financials)
Experience with integration monitoring and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Workday Financials or HCM modules
Prior experience in at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation
Familiarity with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
Knowledge of security framework and business process framework (BPF)
Workday certification (Integration / Studio)

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
