Associate Director, Group Lead, Data Management Reporting and Analytics

Associate Director role leading data management reporting and analytics within Pfizer's Global Business Unit. Responsibilities include managing complex projects, overseeing cross-functional teams and resources, developing data solutions, and partnering with leadership to support strategic objectives and clinical decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Set objectives and oversee high-complexity projects within the Global Business Unit
- Lead and allocate people, technology, and financial resources across functional areas
- Develop solutions for complex data and operational challenges
- Collaborate with business unit leadership to implement strategy and influence senior decisions
- Assess talent needs, identify internal candidates, and hold managers accountable for team development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience, or Master's with 5+ years, or PhD/JD with 1+ year, or MD/DVM
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or regulatory agency experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and build cross-functional partnerships
- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and relevant data standards
- Strong communication, decision-making, negotiation, and project management skills
- Technical proficiency with relational databases and data visualization tools
- Proven people management experience
