Designs and executes the property acquisition strategy for the Cook County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA). Manages and directs the administration and support services units of the agency, overseeing administration, personnel, procurement, and information technology. Collaborates with senior leadership to compile and analyze the annualbudget and personnel matters. Provides strategic leadership, supervises entry-level managers, and leads business development efforts. Oversees strategic initiatives for asset acquisition and disposition. Facilitates business development and collaborates with leadership at all levels to implement Countywide and agency policies and procedures. Manages day-to-day operations, including disposition reviews, land banking agreements, Land Transactions Committee meetings, and invoice reviews.This position is Actively Recruited and At Will. QualificationsMinimum QualificationsGraduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher and Six (6) years of business, real estate, legal, public administration, or urban planning experience is required.Four (4) years of prior supervisory experience is required.Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance is required.This position is considered a safety-sensitive position.
