We are looking for therapists / counselors with a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children, youth and families. Our therapists:
- Maintain small caseloads
- Work with families in their homes and communities
- Schedule client sessions at times that are most helpful to families
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field.
- Undergraduate candidates must have at least two years’ experience working with children and families.
- Valid driver’s license, a vehicle in good working condition, and automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements.
- Residence in Clark or Cowlitz County.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs (including some evenings and weekends).
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check.
- At least 21 years of age.

- Master's degree: $64,556 – 76,498 (starting $64,556 - $69,035), depending on education and experience
- Bachelor's degree: $57,583 - $68,440 (starting $57,583 - $61,655), depending on education and experience
- Paid mileage and paid travel time
- 5% bilingual salary add-on for some languages
- This is a non-exempt position that qualifies for overtime compensation
