What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for customers, scheduling appointments and understanding their needs.
Guide customers through necessary and suggested maintenance with clarity and confidence.
Provide transparent cost estimates for repairs and services, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and accurately.
Build lasting relationships with customers, making them feel valued and supported.
Ensure every vehicle is returned in top condition, with all services completed to the highest standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Customer-Focused Mindset: Excellent people skills and a passion for service.
Experience Preferred: Automotive and customer service experience is a plus.
Team Spirit: A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and some holidays.
Clean Record: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
