Artegan seeks a Room Turn Specialist - Maintenance Assistant for Courtyard Village at Raleigh Hills. You will prepare vacant apartments, patch walls, paint, refresh baseboards, and prep surfaces for new flooring to uphold our Art of Living standard. Role requires basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC/carpentry/painting skills, strong communication, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
