You love digging into data to find the next great location. The role As a Real Estate Analyst, you will support Vale's real estate strategy by evaluating potential locations, building financial models, and providing data-driven insights that inform site selection decisions. Conduct market research and location analysis for potential Vale café and matcha bar sites Build financial models to evaluate site-level economics including pro forma P&L and payback analysis Compile and maintain a database of target markets, sites, and competitive locations Support the site acquisition process by coordinating due diligence materials and documentation Prepare clear, compelling presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for leadership Monitor real estate market trends and identify opportunities in target markets Partner with the Director of Strategic Growth to refine Vale's location criteria and market prioritization Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States 2+ years of real estate analysis, market research, or related financial analysis experience Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models Experience with demographic analysis tools (Placer.ai, CoStar, or similar) preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Compensation $75,000 – $100,000 per year Benefits Company funded ORCA card Medical, dental, and vision benefits Annual bonuses Joining a fun startup in Seattle #J-18808-Ljbffr Vale Concepts
