Project Manager Company: Valiant Group LLC - Springfield, MO Schedule: (Full-Time) On-site role with local travel to project sites Overview Valiant Group LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee building projects throughout the Springfield, Missouri area. This position is responsible for coordinating all phases of construction, from initial planning through final completion, while maintaining alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Compensation $70,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience Job Type Full-time (W-2) Work Environment Based in Springfield, MO Combination of office coordination and on‑site project management Local travel to job sites required Responsibilities Lead construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project progress Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance Monitor costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track Maintain organized project documentation, including RFIs and status reports Conduct site visits to evaluate safety, quality, and schedule performance Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and workflows Ability to read and interpret construction documents and contracts Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar tools) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Experience managing multiple projects at the same time Benefits Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Stable, full‑time employment with a growing company Additional benefits may be available and can be discussed during the hiring process About the Company Valiant Group LLC is a construction company based in Springfield, Missouri.
