We are seeking an experienced Heating and Cooling Specialist who enjoys diagnosing equipment issues, providing quality repairs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience on every visit.

Compensation

• $25.00 - $40.00 per hour , based on experience

Position Overview

As a Heating and Cooling Specialist, you will inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC equipment while delivering dependable service and educating homeowners on system performance. This role requires strong technical abilities, professionalism, and a commitment to completing every job safely and efficiently.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Evening, weekend, and rotating on-call assignments as business needs require

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of three years of residential HVAC service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret wiring schematics, installation drawings, and technical documentation
• Experience servicing a variety of heating and cooling equipment
• Personal hand tools required
• Commitment to ongoing technical education and industry certifications
• Comfortable working from extension ladders up to 28 feet and step ladders up to 12 feet
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
