Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current, active SLP license in Texas.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite; remote options are not available.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and flexible caseloads across grade levels.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students as assigned.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals and overall development.
• Document and report student progress in accordance with district and legal requirements.
• Adapt to varying caseload sizes and needs, ensuring effective and compassionate service to every student.
• Provide compensatory speech services as scheduled, maintaining professional standards.
