Market Development Advisor

Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day TRICARE activities within designated territories including Prime Service Areas, Non‑Prime Service Areas, MTFs, Coast Guard clinics, and National Guard and Reserve units. Provide consultative services to DHN and MTF personnel to create and sustain a high‑quality integrated healthcare system aligned with the Military Health System Quadruple Aim. Direct daily TRICARE service delivery and network operations, including customer support, outreach, network adequacy, access to care standards, provider relationships, provider education, and provider management within the defined geographic area. Oversee responses to TRICARE inquiries and resolve complaints, issues, and concerns from beneficiaries, providers, and government personnel. Participate in the development and deployment of Alternative Payment Methodologies and Demonstration Pilots aligned to Value Based Care models. Partner with community agencies to connect military families with local programs that enhance military health and resilience. Travel and work during uncommon duty hours, as required, to conduct oversight and outreach activities. Required Qualifications U.S. citizenship, as required by the Department of Defense contract. Successful interim approval of government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services). Not authorized to work in Puerto Rico; candidates currently living in Puerto Rico are not considered. Five (5) years of leadership and management experience. Experience with fiscal stewardship or managing cost trends. Network management and development experience. Managed care experience. Experience coordinating the activities of diverse functions. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Experience in the Military Health System. Experience with TRICARE contracts. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range $94,900 – $130,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
