The posted compensation range of $53.22 - $74.35 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.
Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

- Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data.
- Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans.
- Documents patient data to measure progress, identifying and meeting learning needs for patients and/or significant others.
- Administers medication and follows precautions to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention.
- Coordinates care with other disciplines, shares knowledge, floats as needed, and attends required educational programs.
Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am
Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Wed, Thu; Week 2 Sun, Fri, Sat; Week 3 Tue, Wed, Thu; Week 4 Mon, Fri, Sat

Job Requirements
Required
- Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS within 30 days
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- One year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
Preferred
- RN experience in an acute care setting
