About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour, Night 4x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of current experience in the Emergency Room License: Active state license required Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, PALS, CPI Must-Have: - Float required within scope of practice - Every other weekend required - Block scheduling cannot be accommodated - Must reside at least 75 miles from facility - Must have 2 years of experience in the specialty - Must include two references: one charge nurse or higher and one supervisor Description: Current experience in emergency nursing is required. Certifications in AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, PALS, and CPI are mandatory. The role requires the ability to float within the scope of practice. Every other weekend availability is essential. Flexible scheduling is not an option. The candidate must reside at least 75 miles from the facility and will not be accepted if considered a local. The chosen candidate must be willing to work 84 hours over a two-week pay period with a combination of 3x12 and 4x12-hour shifts. References must be provided, and both should be completed within the previous year. Travelers who have issues with license hits or background checks must disclose this information during submission. Following one year of work, travelers must take a minimum six-month break before being eligible to return.
