Federal Construction Superintendent Augustus Enterprises LLC, Amarillo, Texas Job Description US Citizen – Background Check / Drug Test / Full Time – Salary: $125,000–$130,000 per year. Full responsibility for project(s) success. Manage construction projects from the field office as Superintendent & CQM (Construction Quality Management) certified. Supervise all other employees on-site, including self‑perform crews, subcontractors, consultants, etc. Manage the construction buy‑out process when necessary in conjunction with the Project Management Team. Manage overall schedules and submittals; manage subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and other project participants to ensure successful project delivery. Manage client expectations and relationships, ensuring client satisfaction to generate repeat business. Participate in all project weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly meetings as required by the client. Use problem‑solving skills to keep the project on track to successful completion. Coordinate and supervise all construction activities. Direct all field personnel to achieve project completion on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to the original plans and specifications. Maintain construction schedules, identify and solve problems. Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process; understand the contract, project plans, specifications, and company systems. Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employees. Prepare schedule and supervise completion of a final punch list. Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards immediately. Ensure all company employees and contractors adhere to the company safety policy; maintain an organized job site, including the construction office. Meet weekly with subcontractors to ensure satisfactory job progress. #J-18808-Ljbffr
