Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Manage assigned systems and departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, etc.), set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results. Guest Service Department: supervise crew and managers to deliver great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the front counter, McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas. Kitchen Department: ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, fast food, maintains safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures. People Department: hire qualified crew, train, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, recognize and motivate staff throughout their tenure. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality. Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to train staff and communicate goals. Compensation Competitive pay (up to $20/hr) with excellent benefits.
